In 2007, I started this journey in China when VOIP and SIP trunking were still unfamiliar to most local businesses. Over the past 20 years, we've been through the ups and downs of China's telecom regulation and watched the market grow from almost nothing.

How We Work

When an overseas CTO tries to deploy Teams Direct Routing in China, they often face three major barriers:

• Local regulation: All phone numbers must be registered under a local China company entity. This is a legal requirement, not a technical suggestion.
• Business negotiation: Telecom providers in China operate differently than their counterparts in the West. The "business language" takes local experience to understand.
• Technical bridging: Most local IT teams don't have access to the full Teams Admin interface, and overseas CTOs can't see what's happening on the ground. CTS sits in between, translating and bridging both sides.

We work with the three major government telecom providers—China Telecom, China Unicom, and China Mobile—to ensure our clients get 100% legal and 100% stable services. In fact, I personally have been listed as an approved service provider for China Unicom's overseas international company in Singapore.
